We connect buyers, renters, and sellers through an easy-to-use platform that features detailed property listings, neighborhood information, and direct communication tools with agents and property owners.

Searching for properties on Makazi Yangu is completely free for all users. If you're looking to list a property, we offer both free and premium listing options. Free listings include basic features, while premium listings offer enhanced visibility and additional marketing tools to help your property stand out.

Our platform is designed to make property search and listing simple:

1. Use the search bar to find properties by location, price, or keywords
2. Refine your search using our comprehensive filters
3. View property details, photos, and contact information
4. Contact agents or owners directly through our platform
5. Save your favorite properties for later review

For property listers, you can create an account, list your property with details and photos, and manage inquiries all in one place.

To search for a property:

1. Use the search bar at the top of any page
2. Enter a location (city, neighborhood, or specific address)
3. Click the search button or press enter
4. Browse the results and use filters to refine your search

You can also use our map view to explore properties in specific areas visually.

To contact an agent or property owner:

1. Navigate to the property listing you're interested in
2. Click the "Contact Agent" or "Contact Owner" button
3. Fill out the contact form with your information and message
4. Click "Send Message" to submit your inquiry

For some listings, you may also find direct phone numbers or email addresses that you can use to contact them.

Listing your property is simple:

1. Create a free account or sign in to your existing account
2. Click on "List Your Property" in the top navigation
3. Fill out the property details form (location, price, features, etc.)
4. Upload high-quality photos of your property (minimum 5 recommended)
5. Add a detailed description highlighting key features
6. Select your listing type (owner posted or agent listed)
7. Review and publish your listing

Our moderation team will review your listing to ensure it meets our guidelines before it goes live (usually within 24 hours).

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
2. Enter the email address associated with your account
3. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder if not in inbox)
4. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password
5. Log in with your new password
